Shipping & Delivery
All products will be delivered via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. Remote locations, PO Box addresses and locations outside of the usual Fastway Courier network area, will be delivered by Australia Post. Fastway Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Full payment is required prior to delivery of all online orders. Orders over 20kg will currently need to be processed by phone only unless order is over $200.

Change of Mind / Returns Policy
Only authorised returns will be accepted. All returns require a Return Authorisation Number, and this can be obtained through our Online Sales Office onlinesales@nationalworkwear.com.au.
We accept goods back if you change your mind on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition and returned to us within 7 working days of receipt of parcel. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and we will not be accepted by our Returns Dept. All change of mind returned goods will be refunded minus delivery & 10% handling and re-stocking fee.
Faulty/Damaged Goods return
If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact our customer service for assistance. (link to contact us) Some items cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations, to see if your product falls under this category please contact us. All returned items must be packaged appropriately, include a brief explanatory note with your name, order Number and the reason for the return and sent to:

We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, where our department will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Payments to National Workwear [ABN 80 126 652 524] can be paid using Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque/Money Order or through PayPal, and all transactions are in Australian Dollars [AUD]. Transactions are processed in real-time and in a secure Comodo CA Limited SSL environment. A receipt will be emailed once the payment has been processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for Direct Deposits to process and up to 7 business days for Cheque/Money orders.

National Workwear will offer eligible promotions for undetermined lengths of time unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of individual promotions. Promotions are at the sole discretion of National Workwear.
Viewing Orders
Order verification will be sent to the email address supplied upon completion of the order process.
Viewing orders on the National Workwear website are only available to users that have created a National Workwear user account. Guest checkout users wishing to view orders must contact National Workwear, provide an order number and verify their identity before order information is supplied.
Updating Account Information
To change your account information, click on “My Account” at the top of the page. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page which you can edit your information such as contaction information, newsletter subscriptions, default billing address and default shipping address.
